Accessibility Statement
Last updated October 8, 2026
Polish Patrol Cleaning aims to make polishpatrol.com usable by people with disabilities. Visitors should be able to learn about our services, compare prices, contact us, and arrange cleaning without unnecessary barriers.
Our accessibility approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference for improving the website. This is an accessibility objective, not a certification or a claim that every page, document, or external tool fully conforms to those guidelines.
Features available on this website
- A “Skip to main content” link and visible keyboard focus indicators.
- Headings and navigation labels that help identify page content.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, expandable FAQ answers, and service checklist tabs.
- Layouts that adapt to phone, tablet, and desktop screens.
- Text alternatives for meaningful site images and labels for site form controls.
- Support for the reduced-motion preference in your device or browser.
Review and current limitations
The October 2026 website review included automated accessibility checks, keyboard interaction checks, and layout checks at phone, tablet, and desktop widths. These checks help identify barriers but do not replace a comprehensive evaluation with assistive technologies and users with disabilities.
Booking, contact, and hiring forms are supplied by Tidy Track, and chat is supplied through LeadConnector. We do not control all of the markup, validation, CAPTCHA challenges, or interactions inside these tools. Their accessibility can differ from the surrounding website.
The downloadable cleaning checklist has not been verified for full screen-reader accessibility. The HTML cleaning checklist provides the service information directly on the website as an alternative.
Using forms and navigation
Each embedded form includes a link to open the form in a separate tab. This may help with some display or navigation issues, although the separate form still uses the same provider. You can use the Tab key to move between controls, Enter or Space to activate supported controls, and arrow keys to navigate the service checklist tabs. Escape closes the site’s navigation menus.
The website uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility attributes to support its features. Some interactive features and third-party forms require JavaScript. Browser and assistive-technology combinations may behave differently.
Request assistance or report a barrier
Please use our contact page, its direct contact form (opens in a new tab), or the site chat to report an accessibility issue or ask for help with service information. If one tool is difficult to use, try another available channel.
When possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, a description of the barrier, and how you would prefer us to respond. You may also share your browser or assistive technology if helpful; you do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis. We will review the issue and work with you to identify an available way to access the information or complete your request.
Continued improvement
Accessibility is part of maintaining the website. Feedback helps us prioritize corrections and raise issues with external providers. We will update this statement as features, evaluations, or known limitations change.
